The studio is located on the ground floor at the frontside of the building. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
An external storage room contains a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a small fee.
Meerssen has various shops, and public transport to Heerlen and Maastricht is well organized, with the train station just a 5-minute walk away.
Rental details:
- The rent, including utilities (G/W/E), is € 550,- per month.
- The deposit is equal to one month's rent.
- Unfortunately, rent allowance is NOT possible!!
- Pets are not allowed.
- The rental period is at least 12 months.
