Simple, 1-person studio located near the village center of Meersen. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood and separate refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
In the external storage room, a washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee. In Meerssen there are many shops as well as good public transport to Heerlen and Maastricht.
Rental details:
- The rental price incl. GWE is € 550, - per month.
- Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent.
- Rent allowance is unfortunately NOT possible!!
- Pets are not allowed here.
- Minimum rental period is 12 months.
